Anecdotal Evidence
Fred Rosenberg: Nelson Photographs
On the streets of Nelson—at celebrations, observances, parades and protests—Fred Rosenberg and his camera have been a ubiquitous, quiet presence for nearly four decades. Less obvious is the documentation that occurred by invitation: births, deaths, and the human passages between. Fundamental to every image is an honesty that says: just look. This book is a door into a world that is at once as small as a moment and as large as a community.
With an introduction by Jeremy Addington and artist statement by Fred Rosenberg.
